I got this jar for Christmas and dropped it in the street last month. Found and bought the exact same thing on Revain! Love, love is glass!

After 4 days of owning this glass the Elvis design has worn off and we have a lot of chips and a huge mess! Absolute worst purchase from Revain!

It arrived on time as promised but the straw was missing. It was a gift and I couldn't wait to return/exchange etc. The mug itself looked sturdy and had good print quality but was very disappointed with the lack of a straw. :(

Bought for my mum and she loves a real mug. However, water gets between the walls of the cup and the lid breaks. She still likes the cup itself, but she can't take it anywhere because of the broken lid. I have tried to request a refund or replacement coverage with no success. I would advise against buying from this company.

A mug is good if you happen to get an undamaged mug. Like some other reviews, mine was damaged upon arrival. The part of the lid that lies next to the mug was cracked, was fine for a while but then broke off completely.
