Orros Waterproof/Fogproof Lightweight Compact Binoculars: Enhanced Vision in Any Weather Review

It is clear why you cannot find any negative reviews about these binoculars. Of course you can spend more, but for what they're designed for, they're hard to beat, especially for the price. If you want a detailed overview, there are several out there. Just adding myself to the long list of very satisfied owners. Highly recommended.

I love these binoculars. Very easy to use and quick to focus. Good price. Fairly compact, but not as compact as the Bushnell Legend HD. Bushnells are harder to focus but lighter and more compact. After correct focusing, the clarity of them and Bushnell's are equal. I like them a lot, but I prefer Bushnells because of the smaller volume.

Good. A great feeling. Light. Focus is not sharp at infinity. The bad one came with misaligned prisms. Leads to double vision. Regardless, each eye is clear. So it's a clunky monocular at best. It has nothing to do with the right eye focus ring, in case you're wondering. Blurry images when focusing at infinity. I do not recommend. An email has been sent to the manufacturer. Will update the review with the results if they do anything to fix the issue.

I bought these to take to Costa Rica and they fit perfectly. Clarity is great even in low light and had I used higher magnification my wife would have had trouble hitting her target when viewing animals that didn't stay in place very long. The focus wheel is nice and firm with no wobble at all and I have a feeling these binoculars will last quite a while. I would buy them again.

Excellent value for money - hard to beat. Overall they look pretty solid, the rubberized body offers good grip and everything is well put together. With my limited use, the optics look good with clear and well-defined targets. Focusing is fairly smooth, a little rough in the gears, but that's not a problem. I hope the two pairs I ordered will last for many years but given the cost this is an easy choice. One note: I have not accepted any promotions, this is an unbiased review.

I bought these Vanguard Orros binoculars to take with me on trips to Costa Rica and Panama. I also bought 2 pairs of Bushnell Legend Ultra HD binoculars which were almost double the price but smaller, similar weight, 10x magnification instead of that 8x. The Vanguard binoculars were fantastic. 1) came in a well-stitched box. The Bushnells arrived in a tattered, unlined bag, the optics were not intact.
