Great product when only includes parts for 15 complete collars

Would be 5 out of 5 if they included all 15 parts needed to make 15 collars. Why why? Now I'm looking for 5 more adjustment knobs that are almost impossible to find and I need to buy 5 more D-rings. It just doesn't make sense!

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other sets

weak plastic good for sewing

I collected several straps with plastic connectors. With the strap in the loop, I tested the strength by tugging on it with my bare hands. The plastic buckle broke during testing. I ended up just using the strap without the buckles. I cut the belt roll into 6 equal pieces and tied the ends together. It worked for my purposes, but I could have just bought the strap on my own.

Pros
  • nice packaging
Cons
  • don't remember

Terrible quality, good for sewing

D-rings bend with ease, broke 3 while walking the dog. It's not crazy, almost no drag, it was just typical use. Made some collars with buckles and D-rings. D-rings broke on each. The buckle on one of the collars even broke in half after a few weeks. I bought the collars at the best dollar store. After all, they're not worth it. I will never buy this again.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • unreliable

Not as difficult as it seems!

We purchased this DIY kit after our young Australian Cattle Dogs had chewed through all the collars we bought at the store, sometimes in as little as 12 hours. Using what's left of their tattered collars, we'll figure out how to assemble the parts of the kit. The tape is strong, flexible and easy to sew on our sewing machine. So far, none of the homemade collars have been removed and destroyed by our dogs, who have been able to separate the other collars and use them as chew toys. I would…

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • High Price
