Waxed Denim Men's Vans Bishop Shoes: Fashionable Sneakers for an Extra Edge Review

My husband loves shoes. Worn in Vegas, no problems. They're a bit more demonic stuff than we expected, but that's not a big deal.

The lips of the rubber sole started to peel within the first week. I had to glue it back with super glue. This is the second pair of bands to do this, but I'm amazed it happened so quickly. I don't skateboard, I just skate on it.

My husband liked them at first - the look and feel was great. In three months they completely fell apart - the rubber sole is separated from the fabric. There has never been anything like a year of dishes. Other vans have not shown this problem.

I have three pairs of these and the Vans always fit me 1/2 size smaller , so I knew Buy size 10 instead of 10 1/2 like all other shoes except Nike. For some reason I'm 11 at Nike.

Delivered these EXPENSIVE shoes to my son at the orphanage and he was able to wear them for about a week before they started falling apart. Very very disappointed. He had no way of returning them to me to return them for a refund. $160 wasted. I just wanted to send my son what he wanted.

Most vans get damaged, dirty or worn out over time. For some reason, after only a few socks, the elastic bands on it began to detach from the canvas. Never before has there been such a problem with the new Twin Vans. Even more ironically, it's probably the best I've ever paid for a pair of Vans. They fit great and look great apart from the separation which I explained. I saved them and am planning to try shoe glue to hold them together.
