They cannot be solved. They are all wrapped around each other with no instructions on how to separate them. I think you need an engineering degree. UPDATE: I finally found out. Find two deformed tassels in the mass of wildly spaced tassels and cut them off with scissors. The remaining 100 brushes should be released. (i.e. there are 102 tassels, but two warped tassels are tied to hold the bun together.)

Can't say enough about these brushes. They are amazing and incredibly soft! I created "Save the Dates" for an upcoming wedding and decided to bookmark it. I bought these tassels (olive and gold) to tie to my bookmarks and they honestly changed the game. I highly recommend these. My only comment is that because they feel so soft, the "knot" I tied around the bookmark never tightened. It always stays a little loose, but it's great nonetheless. I'd rather have it soft than anything else.

They are perfect for the tassel chandelier I made myself. The thread is very slippery so I had to use glue but I doubt most people buy them just to cut off the tip and tie it to the lampshade. There are slight differences in quality, girth and length in each pack (I checked 4) but the color was very consistent. If you're using them on a project that doesn't need to be perfect or where they're not next to each other, that's great. Will definitely order again if I repeat this project.
