I bought this hair dryer in August 2019. It's April 2020 and the engine has already stalled. So far I have loved this hair dryer! Very powerful for its size, has a cold start button (many travel hair dryers don't have one), lightweight, compact. He did everything until he did it! I wish I had at least a year of it.

I like my new dryer. Easy to use, easy to fold for packing and powerful. Cuts drying time in half or more compared to my old cheap dryer.

The buyer is concerned about the reliability of the product. Overall, I can only give two stars because the high-performance hair dryer (full power 1875 watts) simply gave up the ghost after only 15 months from the date of purchase. Can now only be used in the low power setting. Aside from the High Power setting dying after just 15 months, the hair dryer worked great. Quiet running, good warmth, good drying (even at low temperatures). The high adjustment should only last longer than 14 months.
