I use them to connect HDMI to a pair of HDMI adapters on retro gaming consoles. Drawers of an old dresser. They helped save space and align the connectors the way it worked for my application. Good choice of two orientations (90 and 270) for the price.

With these adapters you can easily connect different devices to your TV. Without them, you won't even be able to connect some devices, or you'll end up with cables sticking out the side of the TV. You must try both types, but only one type will work for this particular TV's HDMI input panel.

I bought a new TV and the HDMI and coax connectors were facing the side of the TV and due to the way I installed the TV the heavy duty cables had to be looped 180 around the panel to attach to the connector. So putting two of these 270 degree angle adapters together gave me a tight 180 degree connection to keep the cables nice and tidy behind the TV instead of seeing big cables getting tangled up the right side of the TV.

This set of HDMI 90° and 270° adapters is great. I have a wall plate with 3 HDMI ports. I don't want to plug in my HDMI cables directly because then I wouldn't be able to place the furniture very close to the wall. These adapters allow me to connect cables at right angles to reduce the required cable spacing - the connectors on the left now face left and the connector on the right now faces right. It's not rocket science, but it certainly comes in handy.

My Roku 4K Stick installation went perfectly, or so I thought. He was practically invisible. Tucked away in a niche in the back with all sorts of HDMI and USB ports. However, after about 2-4 hours of use, it overheats. Reason: The air flow was very limited due to the comfort of the installation. Great idea but caused me huge problems because they are garbage. I've seen twinkles and choppy images when using them on a new OLED TV and soundbar system. I replaced my Apple TV, bought a new Xbox One X, bought new HDMI cables (even replaced a second time), and swapped out two new soundbars just to fix the problem. None of them helped fix the picture.
