In the beginning the headset was good, but now it's junk. Sometimes the microphone doesn't pick up sound, which makes my work difficult because my employer can't hear me in meetings. This headset lasted about a month, after that it was no longer good.

Worked very well initially but after 5 months customers I speak to about my work say they hear static. Had to go back to my old headphones which are too tight but no customer complaints with the old set.

Bought for my son at home school via Zoom. It does the job. But the foam tip on the mic fell off after a few days. I don't know the best way to tape it back without damaging the mic. But other than that, it works great for a few hours at school.

Physically, the device meets your expectations. ears are soft. The audio is always static/hoarse (even when the volume is turned down). The sound from the mic is OK enough, but the connection where the stem meets the rotator bushing seems very weak. I would only recommend this for a cheap kids set that is expected to be easy/quick to replace.
