Poor sound and product quality

Physically, the device meets your expectations. ears are soft. The audio is always static/hoarse (even when the volume is turned down). The sound from the mic is OK enough, but the connection where the stem meets the rotator bushing seems very weak. I would only recommend this for a cheap kids set that is expected to be easy/quick to replace.
