The most useful feature is that it allows us to make changes without having to go through an expensive process of hiring new employees, or waiting for them to be trained. It's also very easy to use, so there aren't many problems with training our users. There are some things I'd like to see improved in future releases (such as adding more features), but overall we're happy with how well this product works.
