I originally bought this to reduce glare on eyeglass lenses. I was wrong about everything because the diffuser doesn't help at all with the reflections of the lenses (it's all about the corners). I don't work well with some Nikon DSLRs (in some cases you couldn't mount them securely). If your item of clothing is glasses, again grab an external flash (with diffuser and reflector) and turn it on remotely.

I ordered the item believing "will fit most pop up flash cameras”. However, it appears that a hot shoe is required to properly mount the camera. There is no good way to attach a diffuser to my Sony SLR (cyber-shot dsc). But instead of sending the product back I sent it to my son who has a hot shoe DSLR camera. If I had known this requirement from the list, I would not have ordered a diffuser. The description is misleading in my opinion.
