VMS is easy to use and provides the functionality needed to run any size venue in a single application, at a fraction of the cost of combining separate packages such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or Sage.

Easy-to Use Event Management Software

I like the ease of use and the price. I like that it is a web based system, which means it does not need to be installed. I like that you can have multiple users on one computer. I dislike that sometimes it is slow to load and take a long time to load pages. I like that you can add features to it. I like that you can customize it to fit your needs. I dislike that it does not have as many features as other software. I like that it is very easy to use and customize. It is very easy to use and set

  • Can do all types fo booking from basic info through guest check in (to full customizable)
  • Great reporting feature quickest way we've found yet! No more excel sheets or word documents.
  • Very simple interface with great support team!!! :)
