My husband doesn't want cycling shoes so this was a great option for our new Peloton. I didn't have a preference for Delta/SPD, but the gym we use at our country home has a bike with SPD clips. So I chose this pedal so he can use his normal shoes and I can use my cycling shoes with SPD clips. They were easy to install and felt good and secure.

I bought these to replace the pedals on my spin bike so we had the option, both clipped and unclipped. At first the installation was quite difficult. Second, after using the pedals a few times, the straps and bolts fell off, so now it's only useful for clamps that have what we have. So if you're looking for both uses this won't work, but if you want good clip-on pedals these will do. They get jobs, but they're not what we expected

Replaced the pedals on a Yosuda bike. They were easy to install after we removed the Yosuda pedals. Remember that you must have multiple wrench sizes to complete the process. Adjustable wrenches make the task much more difficult. We also attached a 24" galvanized pipe to one of the keys for a better grip on the key. The pedals are great! Snaps easily into place with my SPD clips! Highly recommend, especially with the Yosuda Covered Bike!

We didn't want to use the look delta and unknowingly bought Peloton flat frame pedals so we could use our regular shoes with our new bike. After a long search I found these pedals. I can now use my SPD shoes and we still have the flexibility for users without cycling shoes to use our Peloton. These pedals are also MUCH wider than the flat pedals you get from Peloton, giving you a bigger base for more power. I would not buy Peloton flat pedal adapters and would buy these instead.

Love these pedals! I use them on my ProForm ergometer that I bought from Costco. I usually connect when I go mountain biking and my wife uses the platforms. The bike came with only cages when new, so I had to get it working until I found them. Installation was as easy as swapping out pedals and they work great. The cage is bigger and holds better and the clip is the same as my MTB. Sturdy and well constructed, they can clearly withstand abuse. The price was great too. Recommend these hands down

They were easy to install on my Nordictrack S22i spin bike. I wanted the pedals to be both cage and SPD compatible so my kids could use a spin bike without having to invest in shoes for them until they show me they are serious about using a bike . I've used the pedals twice now and what a difference it makes compared to a cage! They come with spikes. I've already bought Shimano cleats, having originally bought similar pedals cheaper from Echelon that didn't fit my bike (the bolt is too long)…
