So. When I got this, the product name was "Vera Bradley Recycled Cotton Pencil Case" and the product description kept going back to cotton, cotton, cotton, with a small mention of PVC. I thought the printed parts were cotton and the clear parts were PVC. But what I received appears to be entirely PVC.
