I liked the old design better with the elastic pocket on the front. This design doesn't have much space to insert the iron, and when it's in the case, it's difficult to put the drawstring in the pocket. The fabric is quite simply preferable to the old design.

This is my second Vera Bradley heat resistant holder. I decided I wanted a new one to match my travel bags. I've had my original for years and have never had anything to complain about. Helps protect your surfaces. Excellent quality. Anyone who uses thermal hair products should definitely have one!

This is my second cosmetic bag. Ideal for straightening or curling. I can clean it up once I'm done. You don't have to wait for it to cool down. Highly recommended for travel. The cord also stays organized as I rotate the cord to fit in the front pocket.

So I ordered a holder for a curling iron, the first order was lost. So I reordered. And here's what I have. Wallet. Gorgeous but not even the Indiana rose I ordered. I understand mistakes happen. But a little annoying. And the drawing looks very outdated.

My husband gave me this for Christmas because he knows that when we have to go to the airport early in the morning I often don't feel like heating up my curling iron and Wait for it to cool before packing. That's cool! Slides neatly into place to keep the cord under control and is insulated so you can put the iron down immediately after use and not worry! He also chose the same pattern as my Vera backpack so I love it all!

This case is even better than the original one I bought because it has a drawstring bag on the outside. That way, while it's still hot, I can put my iron in the case, put the cord in my pocket and put everything in the drawer and you'll be fine. Nobody burns and nothing melts. I love it and it's great for travel.
