Write speed drops steadily to 18MB/s with continuous write

Extremely inconsistent write speed under sustained load, dropping to 18 MB/s. The card can reach speeds of up to 60MB/s for very short periods (a few seconds), but if you need it for sustained video recording loads, look elsewhere.

Pros
  • UHS-I Interface, U3 Speed Class, V30 Video Speed Class; supports 4K video recording.
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

For the money I paid.

I bought this 512GB card at a time when it was significantly cheaper than all the other branded 512GB cards here at Revain. I'll say right away that the only downside is that this is a 500GB card, not 512GB. Anyway based on the price I paid this has been a great card so far. Sequential reading and writing was on par with branded cards. Random reads and writes were faster than any other branded card I own. These numbers are based solely on CrystalDiskMark benchmark results on my desktop…

Pros
  • Memory Cards
Cons
  • I can't remember but there was something
