Make sure the threads are painted so the wheel bolts act as a tap to remove all the paint in each nut. I was wondering why the bolt would cause the torque wrench to register as "tight" in the spec when the wheel is still loose. I bought these because they were for Mopar products and I have a 2020 Jeep Gladiator that is owned by Mopar. The eyebolts looked exactly like the ones on my gladiator but were black instead of chrome. It turned out that the studs on the Gladiator were too long for those particular eyebolts and those bolts couldn't seat properly on the Jeep OEM wheel.

If you are looking for quality nuts, this is not it! During installation, the paint peeled off the edges of each nut. An appropriately sized socket and ratchet were used to install, so this was not due to improper installation. Also, 4 of the 20 nuts were cross-threaded when I installed them.
