Painted threads

Make sure the threads are painted so the wheel bolts act as a tap to remove all the paint in each nut. I was wondering why the bolt would cause the torque wrench to register as "tight" in the spec when the wheel is still loose. To make matters worse, I only got 80% of my refund back for selling faulty nuts.
