Not recommended, I'll be back

Some radio functions work including AM/FM/weather radio and LED flashlight. However, some issues that I will describe disappoint me, which is why I am returning the Revain.1 product. The phone charger didn't work at all for me. I connected my iPhone X to a USB port using the Apple Lightning to USB cable that came with my iPhone, but absolutely nothing happened even after I unlocked my phone.2. Well, if you don't expect to charge your phone with it. (Updated version fixes the problem!)

Update! They fixed the phone charging issue by switching to standard USB connections like most USB batteries and more than tripled the size of the battery. This fixes the only issue I had with this unit so I'm updating it to 5 stars. Below is my original review of the old version of the product. Great quality and features for the price!

Ordering such items blindly online is a gamble. I've had several different brands of emergency radios in the past and some were twice the price of this one and didn't live up to my expectations. I expect the device to be able to provide its own power supply to run the flashlight for a reasonable amount of time and provide clear weather warnings in emergencies.
