Nice reversing camera - car security

Good quality of this reversing camera for my Honda CRV, good quality, works great at night, I have sensors in my jeep but now adding it was perfect. The customer service is fantastic and I can recommend this brand with my eyes closed.

Wireless connection not working

The wireless connection failed immediately. With a cable connection, the picture quality is satisfactory. The low rating is because I bought it for the wireless option and had to use it with a wired connection for the camera to work.

Lots of noise and stuttering

Easy to install but poor signal transfer resulting in horizontal lines, stuttering and lots of noise on the screen. The rear camera lights up great and sends a signal to the receiver connected to my head unit, but not reliable enough for safe use. I wish I could give this a top rating, but I can't use it for a safe backup without fear of hurting something!

This product does NOT work.

Installed according to instructions but does not work. I have verified that the rear transmitter is properly powered and that the color coded wires are properly connected. Then I checked the same for the front transmitter but there is no image on my head unit. I've never seen a release cable on this setup, so I'm not sure how it knows when the car is backing up. In any case. I returned it. I do not recommend this to anyone.

Good camera suitable for car security

Installed for 2007 with dual touch screen radio. The only reason I give 3 stars is because the first camera didn't work and had to be sent back. The second worked fine. Installation wasn't difficult, I just took the time to route the cables out of the way. I ended up having to run a wire from my radio to the rear transmitter so the radio would know when the rear transmitter was on. I'm not sure if there is an easier way to do this or not. I've never installed a camera before so I just did it to
