Ideal for outdoor socket.

My mother-in-law lives in a 55+ community and went outside one day to find that someone had plugged an extension cord into her outside outlet. If you remove the existing cover, it fits perfectly and is easy to adapt to the double socket. I locked it with a thin padlock and she is happy.

Just a small problem.

. I was missing adapter plates even though they arrived in factory packaging. I was able to improvise and use parts left over from a similar product. Additionally, the lid was fairly easy to install and worked as it should. Recommended. Be smarter than me and make sure you have all the parts before the returns window closes.

Excellent socket cover at a reasonable price

I first ordered one for the location shown in the photos then ordered three more. I am impressed with the design, build quality and ease of installation. It seems like the inserts have covered every possible application for individual groups, and it's all very easy to figure out. The locks work in two positions and I used a simple D-ring to ensure children couldn't open the socket cover.

  • Extra large hole for thick cable. The brick adapter along with the pre-installed adhesive pad makes installation clean and easy.
