I have a 2018 XLT and bought it for better storage. It fits, but has a slant in the front. I was almost ready to send it back until I read the reviews. You have to insert it tilted forward, then it snaps into place. It fits perfectly and the mats are nice to hold. It doesn't block the USB port at all and does the job. I would lay it flat rather than tilted, but if that doesn't bother you then it's a good buy.

Arrived the next day in nice soft packaging. It fits perfectly and the rubber inserts are pleasant to the touch, especially the large one with the Explorer lettering. This makes the center console a lot more useful than trying to find something in a deep, dark closet. It also detaches easily to access items stored underneath.
