I like that it's easy to use, but also makes vet visits more efficient by allowing me access my clients' info while they are waiting in their cars or outside of work hours! Some features could be improved for certain vets, such as being able to see your schedule before you go into an appointment instead of having them come out when ready so we can't find anything with our current system because there isn’t one yet! The ability to store all of our client's data in one place is great! We love that we can access it anywhere, anytime from any device. It also allows us to share information quickly with clients via email or text message. I wish there was an option for more frequent reminders/alerts about appointments. The program is easy to use, it has all of my information in one place so that I don't have any paper documents floating around anymore! There are many things you can do with this system but at first there will be some learning curve involved before using everything fully as intended - especially if your not familiar or used too much vetgeography systems previously (like myself).
