The Dyson vacuum works well but these filters need to be changed frequently in our home. I am doing renovation work on the ground floor which caused a lot of dust during the renovation work. We also have 4 cats who seem to shed all the time and are groomed and cared for. Frequent washing of these filters allows them to be reused, but this doesn't work in the long run.

Wow! My old ones were a bit looser and my Dyson v6 Absolute's top filter whistled and had to be constantly adjusted to stop the horrible sound. These filters actually fit better than the originals! It was a good seal that really holds. Looks identical to the previous one (top filter with Max button) except maybe a slight tint of a different blue, but who cares, it's awesome. Thanks very much!

Does what it takes for the price I was willing to pay. Just because a vacuum costs hundreds of dollars doesn't mean you have to pay more for replacement filters (one could probably argue that for what they charge in a vacuum, the filters should be EXTRA durable). 19.99 prime numbers for 3 sets. Filters were the cheapest deal I could find on Revain at the time I needed them and so far I've had no problems.

I wish I had ordered these a few years ago. For five years I've been washing the Dyson filter and drying the damn thing with a hair dryer. What a pain trying to get a cloth filter to dry. Bought, installed and voila! Immediate improvement in absorption. In addition, the smelly smell of the old filter is gone. I don't know why it took me so long to find these filters, I think because I thought it would cost a fortune! I've been dabbling in washing the vacuum that came with the Dyson car and boat vacuum. If you wash it, you have to wait for it to dry and you lose the vacuum potential for the day. Now I have everything at hand and I can just go, go, go! I can't tell them apart from Dyson's, they fit perfectly and look the same. I highly recommend keeping them handy for those with a vacuum.

These Dyson pre filters fit the vacuum better than original Dyson filters which kept falling out. They form a good hermetic seal.
