**Updated Review** I use a lot of VEVA products. I have three air purifiers and use VEVA HEPA and pre-filters with no problems. Unfortunately, the humidifier filters didn't work for me. But I'm glad they have great customer service. I contacted support and received a response within 24 hours. VEVA cares about their customers and asked me to send pictures of my issue so they can report it to their manufacturer.
