This filter smells like burnt plastic. Some reviews said the smell would go away over time and I met them almost 6 months ago and have used them for around 40-60 hours and they still smell like burnt plastic. Very dissatisfied with this party.

Much cheaper than OEM, half the price and no carbon filter. They don't fit exactly, they are slightly tightened by about 1 mm, which causes them to be creased at the edges in several places (the air can pass unfiltered). I would return them but for half the price that's acceptable to me because it's nothing like not having a cleaning lady at all. Activated carbon filters are pleated, which makes them difficult to use.

I've bought these before and been happy so decided to keep shopping for the next 2 years, big mistake. My house smells like an electric fire or burnt plastic. Even the guests asked me if something was burning the other day, the smell stopped when I turn off the air purifier. Same with both air purifiers when I changed these filters. There's kinda no point in buying filters to keep my house smelling fresh and clean when it's the cleaners that are causing the smell.

Let me first say that the quality of the HEPA filters and pre-filters is very high. My only criticism is the packaging. Pre-filters are packed in fours. This makes it difficult to install them on the air purifier. They do not lie flat as being folded tightly in the package will cause them to deform. Shipping in a box the same size as the pre-filter solves this problem. Or roll them up instead. Thank you, I hope this helps your QA department.

This is a good replacement for the manufacturer's filters. I have Honeywell filters to compare. As you can see from the pictures, the Veva filters have the same overall size and spacing between the grooves in the filter. They are perfect for an air purifier. The activated carbon pre-filter is thicker than what I had before which I liked and had no trouble fitting it into the air purifier. I was amazed when I opened the box and saw how good and thick the carbon pre-filters are! As you can see from the attached photos, the VEVA brand is much thicker than the more expensive OEM replacement parts. The OEM replacements are so narrow I never used them and instead chose to suck up the original that came with the machine and use it longer than I should have. This is awesome I have multiple filters in my house so I only need 9 filters to replace them all. They'll last a full year, which probably depends on the air they're cleaning, but for a typical home, a year is probably a good bet. They are the same quality as the brand and the value is fantastic. The title says it all. I opened one of the filters and it didn't fit my HPA300. It's just too big, causing one end to bend/bend a bit. Well, that little yoke lets the air pass, defeating the purpose of an air purifier. I've tried all three places on the air purifier, same result each time. We have six (yes, SIX) Honeywell home cleaners so I have quite a bit of experience with different filters and that can happen with some brands. I think these brands should be avoided.
