Best sushi knife best in my review

this sushi knife is amazing. the quality is really good and the blade doesn't get dull. i definitely recommend and would buy again

Pros
  • High Carbon VG10 Right Hand Grip
Cons
  • The high-carbon blue steel blade can be difficult to maintain and requires regular sharpening to maintain its sharp edge. This can prove to be time-consuming and tedious for home cooks who may not have the tools or know-how to properly maintain a knife of this caliber
