🔨 Fiberglass Reduction Hammers by VIAGL Mallets Review

At some point in your life you will most likely need each and every one of these hammers. Durable fiberglass handles will last a lifetime and are much easier to grip and hold compared to smooth wood handles. This is probably my most used hammer from this set, even including the clawed hammer! The price is reasonable as I expect this set will be the last I will ever buy.

Fiberglass handle that is easy to hold and reduces the size of the handle. It's not often possible to give a gift as versatile as these hammers. They are not light and very heavy. When you receive the box, be careful, it's very heavy! These make a great gift or you can use them and replace some of your old hammers. The price is very reasonable and the quality is excellent. We highly recommend them!

I have some of the tools from this set and really needed some spares and extras. The tools are heavy and the handles feel very solid, but as always, time will tell. The only tool that I felt didn't live up to the quality of the others was the clawed hammer. The casting is quite rough in the claw area, although it works well. I don't think there is a way to beat that price as only one or two instruments will eat into that price. I wouldn't hesitate to get it again.

This is a decent set of hammers to have on hand. You have arrived safely. I'm not a big fan of fiberglass grips as I don't think they hold up that well after prolonged use but they look like good heavy duty grips so time will tell. I haven't used all of them yet, but I used a nail puller to remove the old nails and drive in new ones on a barn project. During this use it worked just as well as my signature hammers. I was very happy to receive them - pleasantly surprised at the quality. I'm not a big fan of fiberglass handles but they seem to be very well made. And they are REALLY heavy hammers. Not required for normal, simple, everyday work, but very good for some more complex buildings or complex, high-performance projects. Viagl hammers were ordered to retrofit some old hammers. I was surprised by the quality of this hammer set. I've had a couple of fiberglass handled hammers that didn't hold up well due to the quality of the thinner fiberglass joint. As a general rule, the grips always felt too light and like they were mostly hollow plastic. However, these hammers are made of quality materials and are comfortable to the touch.
