Viagl hammers were ordered to retrofit some old hammers. I was surprised by the quality of this hammer set. I've had a couple of fiberglass handled hammers that didn't hold up well due to the quality of the thinner fiberglass joint. As a general rule, the grips always felt too light and like they were mostly hollow plastic. However, these hammers are made of quality materials and are comfortable to the touch. The actual hammer handle is like a rubber compound and feels relatively soft, so the handle doesn't slip when using the tool. The set includes a hammer with claws, a hammer, a sledgehammer, a ball-head hammer and a cross hammer. . About as many hammers as I'll ever need. One thing I noticed about this set is that the hammers, especially the claw hammer, feel heavier than some of the ones I've used in the past. Whether this is a positive or negative aspect depends on the person using the hammer. Also, the rubber mallet seemed like a solid tool and a lot stronger than some of the ones I've had before. VERDICT: This is a great set of professionally made hammers. I love the feel of the fiberglass handles with rubber grips. If you don't like wooden handle hammers, then you should seriously consider this hammer set. I would definitely order again.
