Works but sometimes switch turns off before 120psi is fully achieved. 8/10 times it stops at about 110psi. It could be because my compressor line is vibrating so much that my gauge can't stay in one place as the pressure builds up, but oddly I can still go as high as 120psi at times.

This works great with my Viair 400c compressor. I have a 5 gallon tank in the back of a truck and am tired of the OPV opening and losing air. With the compressor shutting off at 120psi my dogs are no longer afraid of air from the tank when in the back of the truck and I still have a nearly full tank for filling tires and running air tools.

bought this about 2 years ago. It has lived in my engine bay ever since, running my York 210 engine through a relay. It survived being crushed with a sling when first installed (oops!) and 2 years of heat and every day driving. Its shutdown and shutdown are right where they should be according to a sensor in my system and other sensors I have plugged in at random times for random reasons.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do; Turn the compressor on when the tank pressure drops to 90psi and turn it off when the pressure reaches 120psi. I use it on a Viair 2 gallon tank with a Viair 45040 compressor installed in an RV for airbags and other uses. It is powered by bus batteries via a backup circuit. This pressure switch has no relay switch, as long as the device has power, it will work. The thread is 1/8 inch so you will need a socket if going into a larger hole.
