they are water/hiking/sports shoes

I've used them for hiking with minimal gravel rocks and every time I stepped on a rock over 1/2 inch they were extremely painful! These are the worst five toes I've bought to date. They should be labeled as water/hiking shoes

Pros
  • They were very thin, so if that's what you're looking for, they were great. We returned them and went with a hiking option.
Cons
  • Not suitable for cold weather conditions

The seams came open - my new rating

My last KSO EVO used it around town for 8 years but in just 4 months this pair was at the seams. Not recommended. Good purchase.

Pros
  • good buy
Cons
  • May not be approved for use in some gyms or fitness centers.

Great fit, great grip, breathable

These fit as expected. I have had 4 different types of Vibram shoes and these fit the best. I feel confident on any surface wet or dry and they breathe well in the summer heat. Costs money.

Pros
  • Promotes a more natural gait
Cons
  • May cause discomfort in people with hammer toe or other foot conditions

I've had mine for 5 years now and have ridden it 200km.

I bought mine offline about 5 years ago and still have it. I've been wearing them for many years and they still look very nice. I've run at least 200 miles in them and they probably have another 30-50 before the outsole, which I prefer, finally fails. I ran on gravel, crit and trails. I was wondering what the heck you guys do with your boots to put holes in your toes lol. I wonder how are your legs holding up too?

Pros
  • Very good . The only thing I would change is the thickness of the sole!
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with too wide or narrow feet.

I like them but not twice the price.

I bought them a few years ago and wear them occasionally. I wanted to buy more sandals but they doubled in price. Lost a customer.

Pros
  • Easy to clean and maintain
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with ingrown toenails or other foot conditions.

Not quite for me: my review

It should resemble walking barefoot, which is quite suitable for a certain group of people. They are super breathable and super light. Although they are not very comfortable to walk on. It's much better if you wear socks with it, but I got blisters without socks. Not necessarily their intention, but they are decent water shoes. Because of their breathability, water gets in and out very easily and your soles are less exposed to the ground, which can be more convenient or important in the pool…

Pros
  • Can be worn with or without socks
Cons
  • May not provide adequate insulation for individuals in cold or humid conditions.

Very good: my rating

The shoes were great to put on and walk in, obviously you have to give them a 2 week break to get used to them, but overall the shoes were great and arrived earlier than expected. MAKE SURE TO MEASURE YOUR FEET AT VIBRAM!

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Can wear out over time and need to be replaced frequently.

Finally my feet are happy

My only regret is that I didn't get them sooner. I have flat feet and plantar fasciitis. These shoes held my feet in place better than any orthotic. They make my legs work like they should. It's like barefoot, only better.

Pros
  • Great alternative to conventional sports shoes.
Cons
  • May not provide adequate support for those with fast movements such as running or jumping.

Too small: my rating

This is the second time I've ordered them, both times a few sizes up. Not sure what the correct size for men's size 9 should be, but 10.5-11 doesn't fit. I gave up on Vibram until I found a better way to get the right size.

Pros
  • In good shape, feeling good, so far so good
Cons
  • n / A

Poor quality cloth material

Felt good and felt good. After 3 weeks of use, the rubber outsole and fabric started to peel off. Very disappointed. I wonder if it was somewhere else.

Pros
  • The shoes fit great and are very comfortable for barefoot shoes. I love wearing them when I'm at the gym.
Cons
  • The toe gusset was tight for my big toe. The inseam will irritate all my smaller toes.

Hard to beat - my new review

Although I love these shoes I found them really difficult to put on...each toe has to line up exactly with the toe hole in the shoe...too much time wasted.

Pros
  • I didn't know what to expect but they fit well! They dangle a bit in the toes but the rest of the foot is very good.
Cons
  • May cause excessive sweating of feet during strenuous physical activity

Good quality in my rating.

I bought it the same size as a Vibram that I already wear but when I wear it. I found it a bit small. Both are the same size but the new one is smaller! Next time I'll buy more with an extra half

Pros
  • Suitable for both men and women
Cons
  • May not provide adequate support for weightlifting or powerlifting exercises.

The perfect shoe for weightlifting.

Let's look at their sizes. Once you figure out your EU size for Vibram, just always order that size and you'll be fine. Revain needs to figure out the Vibram size. They are sold in European sizes and people who love Vibram know what size to order in euros. So stop trying to drown it out. I ordered US size 14. Revain sent me 46 euros which is around 12. So I ordered 15. They sent 48 euros, which is somewhere between 12.5 and 13. Look, I'm wearing 48 euros in Vibram. And 14/15 in everything else.

Pros
  • llegaron a tiempo y cumplieron con mi Expectativas, son geniales!
Cons
  • May cause blisters or hot spots in people with sensitive skin

New to VFF, bursitis, wide feet, very happy

First WFF, no longer a runner, but middle-aged with a foot deformity in the form of bursitis. I wear them around the house with great pleasure and will use them for water sports and light walks/hikes. Life in the wrong shoes is catching up with me, my physical therapist recommends strengthening my toes to prevent my big toe deformity from getting worse and so I like wearing shoes that make my toes work rather than in an unnatural one to force position. Toe box and it helps maintain a healthier…

Pros
  • Improves posture when carrying
Cons
  • May not be approved for use in certain workplaces or in certain industries.

this is my second pair

It is great. I've worn out my first pair. The trick is to start slow and wear them little by little, gradually increasing the amount to allow your feet to adjust. I love them, especially when hiking off-road where I don't need to protect my feet in boots and in the gym for tough days with my legs and back. Great stability and a feeling of connection to the ground.

Pros
  • I bought 2 more pairs, one for hiking and one for hiking.
Cons
  • Wrong size. Size recommendations do not match.

Shoes for almost everything!

These are great shoes! Perfect for walking, running, hiking and swimming! They are good for everyday wear or at home. But if you want to buy them, you have to keep in mind that these are not ordinary shoes. They're designed to make you feel almost barefoot, so they don't have the arch support of a regular shoe. There are instructions on how to wear them and get used to them. But if you're really interested in minimalism, go for it!

Pros
  • Offers sufficient protection for the foot
Cons
  • May cause blisters or irritation on toes

Shoes with five toes on the shoes

I love these shoes! They feel great and overall are the best shoe for you. I wouldn't recommend you running a marathon in them, but they're great for hiking, running, the gym, swimming, or just everyday walking.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Hard to say

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Part of the label was intentionally removed from the packaging.

The first thing that caught my eye was the part of the box where Vibram usually stamps writing that was intentionally cut off. I have bought dozens of pairs directly from Vibram and this is my first time with Revain. Not sure what was removed, maybe a stamp showing they didn't pass the quality check? The second thing I noticed was that they were deformed. Again, this leads me to suspect that this is a marriage of Vibram. The "rubber sole" is heavily deformed on both the left and right. Returns…

  • Great Price
Cons
  • Periodicity

vibram 5 toe shoes

I was a little hesitant when I bought these shoes but was still excited to try them when the box arrived and I quickly put them on. It was weird at first and it took me a minute to get my toes in the right spot, but I was very impressed. When I got them I was working in a Boy Scout camp as a High Adventure Guide. We've done a lot of rock climbing, rafting, and white water rafting, as well as deep forest and trail hiking. and these shoes preformed without problems. It took my feet about two…

  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Burdensome

Got rid of the knee problem

Excellent shoes. I never liked running because my knee used to hurt after 2 miles. I have no problem with this because it forces you to walk on the balls and the sides of your legs. Less strain on the knee joint. However, I must stress that you need to start slow and watch your running. The first time I walked 4 blocks and had to wait 5 days before I could walk again, very very painful. Then there were 8 blocks and 4 rest days. Now I can easily run up to 2 km and rest 3 days in between. You…
