Didn't know what to expect

It takes a long time to find out how to put them on the first time. As soon as you put them on you will feel that they are attached to your legs and are just an extension of you. I rarely went barefoot. But I've had the opportunity to wear them on gravel and yes some rocks can be awkward but I walked over them with no problems. Walking in them was a wonderful experience. I would recommend doing it slowly at first.

Pros
  • understandable even for the old ones
Cons
  • long delivery time

Works but had to be bought direct from factory

Item arrived in a few days which was great. The shoes felt and looked very worn in the ankle area and the strap was very loose. I thought maybe this is a recent change as I haven't bought FiveFingers in over five years. I bought another pair of FiveFingers from the Vibram website during their Black Friday sale and the difference is huge. The Vibram fit like a glove. The Vibram ones look ugly like the Skelator KSO but they fit so well and I prefer them over sneakers over their shoes. Don't be…

Overpriced - poor quality - no support

Very disappointed with the quality and overall usefulness of this product. Feel like cheap slippers. Zero "cushioning, protection and comfort." If you want a thin piece of rubber between you and the surface, these are shoes.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Big and bulky
