works great, I pulled the back out to add my photos with no problem. Just put it on the table and pull out the black backing. A pin fell out of the connector latches, but I easily put it back in. it wasn't broken just dangling but overall it's what we needed.

Not durable! This is bought quality. There were scratches on the "Aluminium" which I could live with, but when I opened the back to insert the picture - wow the glass shattered! One of the 4 cheap plastic clips on each end of the glass broke and the flimsy glass shattered everywhere. It was going to be a very special Christmas present, too broken to return.

Shiny silver finish, crystal clear glass, velvety back, hook for hanging; what else could you ask? The frame arrived very well packaged. I had no trouble posting the photos and the frame is sturdy and sits flat on my shelf. I had three photos of my mother when she was a little girl. This frame was the perfect size and I am very happy with this purchase.

This is a beautiful classic simple frame. I like simple frames because I want the photos to be the center of attention. It seems well made and folds up should I ever want to take it somewhere. It's also silver plated, which is nice. I paid about $10 less than the current list price for mine. I thought it was pretty expensive when I bought mine and it was less money back then.
