These lights work well because they bubble nicely but are so bright they outshine other tree lights. They almost look like headlights. These headlights are great and I've had no problems with them. I suspect some of the reviewers who claim they're broken (where lights work and bubbles don't) just don't understand how they work. The heat from the bulb causes a bubble effect and therefore the lights must be on for a few minutes before they all glow. If they aren't bubbling after a good 5 minutes then I would say they may be broken. But if the light itself works, they probably didn't give it enough time to bubble before assuming…
