formula change? - Food

I've been buying this food for quite some time, my dogs love it. but somewhere along the way they changed the meat in this recipe. I remember it was just beef now it's chicken which is very disappointing as my dogs don't do well with chicken recipe dog food. I want to keep my previous packs because I'm pretty sure it was only beef at one time. . He now has chicken meal as his first ingredient. This is disappointing as chicken is a cheaper source of protein compared to beef. Not sure if I canโ€ฆ

Make a switch! We're glad we did!

My dogs have been eating this food for 3 weeks now and we all love it! I only serve better food to my girls and I'm really glad we tried it. Croquettes are smaller than most other foods but appear to take the same amount of time to eat. I have a 70 lb Pitbull and a 15 lb Chiviny and they eat their food as soon as it is served and I hope it continues. They seem to get bored of many other brands after a few weeks, but they love this stuff! Bowel movements were better with this product than manyโ€ฆ

Pros
  • High test results for hold and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other products

Fantastic food! Shiny, soft, smooth fur! Approved for working dogs!

All my dogs LOVE this food. I have Bloodhounds, a GS Pointer x Lab mix, an adventure pug and my mom's Caviller King Charles Spaniel, all on the same diet and they all thrive. Working dogs and those that burn more calories eat a little more, lazier dogs eat a little less and everyone is VERY excited for dinner and the aftermath is quite full and happy. I have found that the amount of poo I have to scoop has decreased significantly and the coat quality and body composition have also improvedโ€ฆ

Cons
  • Ugly packaging

My lab was asked about Taste of the Wild and she liked it. Her health has been excellent for the past eight years, but lately I've been very concerned that she's made by Diamond Food, which has a somewhat bad reputation from the reviews. We have just added a German Shepherd puppy to our pack and I am determined to find a quality, affordable all life stage food that my two girls can eat. Victor fits that description. I compiled a list of potential fans and then researched for a couple of nightsโ€ฆ
