The best knife for the price

Fits perfectly in the hand, sharp and stays sharp. I bought one for my girlfriend, one of her knives was cheap and dull. She was amazed at how this knife feels and cuts. Winner CHICKEN DINNER Cutting chicken bones with ez.

Such a wonderful knife,

such a wonderful knife! The handle is comfortable to hold, the blade is sharp, very durable! And be sure to buy VICTORINOX steel and a sharpener if you don't have a stone. The Victorinox sharpener cuts exactly 15 degrees on each side as it should. Highly recommended!

I am a chef at Coopers Hawk and I believe.

I'm a chef at Coopers Hawk and I trust this knife to do a good job. This is the second one I've bought and it's a gift for the person who raved about it every time I let them use it. I use it in bulk for all kinds of vegetables and herbs. It stays sharp longer than any knife they have at home and when I sharpen it everything turns to butter.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Not the best

Inexpensive, high-quality everyday chef's knife

It was very sharp right out of the box. We've had it for about two months now and it's very good for almost daily use. It still cuts veggies like a hot knife through butter. I doubt you'll be disappointed with this knife unless you're a true fan of quality German and Japanese knives that cost 4x or more. The quality for the price is very high - just great value for money that is fantastic for everyday use.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons

Another great knife from Victorinox

I have several Victorinox knives. I love them all and recently purchased this 10 inch chef's knife to add to my collection. I used this knife this weekend and immediately fell in love with it. As always, he was very perceptive. Its blade is a bit heavier than the 8" Victorinox. A chef's knife, but takes a little getting used to. Thanks to the larger blade, I was able to finely chop a few onions very quickly. This is going to be my favorite knife for larger chopping tasks.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Very expensive

Good for home, great for work.

I had the 8" version for about a year before deciding on the 10" and never had a complaint. They are solid and can take a beating in the kitchen I work in. For the price there is nothing that can beat them. If you are looking for one of these for the home I would go for the 8 inch but I really like the 10 inch with all the space I have at work. Be mindful of what sharpeners you use for a good knife and ideally learn how to use a whetstone and it will last you a lifetime. Edit/Update: The grip…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
