Review on 🔪 Enhanced Performance: Victorinox Chef's Blade with Fibrox Pro Handle - A Cut Above the Rest by Todd Casey

I had the 8" version for about a year before deciding on the 10" and never had a complaint. They are solid and can take a beating in the kitchen I work in. For the price there is nothing that can beat them. If you are looking for one of these for the home I would go for the 8 inch but I really like the 10 inch with all the space I have at work. Be mindful of what sharpeners you use for a good knife and ideally learn how to use a whetstone and it will last you a lifetime. Edit/Update: The grip feels great with or without a glove. It's textured so you don't lose your grip, but that won't happen with the right knife-holding technique. I assume it's part of Fibrox. This will always be my favorite knife.
