Cutlery and knife accessories Hard to close

Has a straight edge instead of a wavy one. Very difficult to close with the right hand. Almost as if it were a left-handed model. Was serrated and although very sharp it was very difficult to close.

Pros
  • Hygienic, dishwasher safe, non-slip, NSF approved. These exceptional knives are weighted and balanced for ease of use.

  • Ugly packaging

The serrated blade cuts through food and even non-food products with ease.

The lock is rock hard, the blade is sharp although serrated and a little springy for butchering fish etc. It weighs nothing Honestly I'd pay half the price for this knife
