Battery or charger failed only once a week after 3 weeks of use. Very disappointed especially with the second Covid 19 outbreak. Battery searched there was a check on it.

I purchased this product and when spraying from the nozzle the solution ran all over the floor. It squirted as hard as it licked. There is no lever or adjustment on the nozzle to eliminate leaks. Something worth buying should be easy to return and replace if bought in the same year.

Using this weapon on the front lines of the Washington state outbreak. We rely on these weapons every day after transferring patients, and every time we use them, they fail. It doesn't work when ESD is on, it works like a sprayer but only intermittently. When inserting the tank you have to be very careful. Don't waste your money and find another product.

I don't find the price-performance ratio optimal. Comfortable, yes, light, yes, but the container is not smooth enough to fix it after filling. Also no matter what setting it spits out liquid. It only takes a few minutes to spray my whole house. I use Kleen Green in my sprayer (ratio 1:8 with water).
