Vidiq is a great tool with an excellent team behind it. We've used Vidiq for years now, and I can't think of any problems that we had in the past year or so. We have integrated them with our account management software - which has made us able to view client data from anywhere in the world. It's very simple to use once you've set up your profile, and they do an amazing job at keeping things updated. They also have some really cool functionality when it comes to reporting.
