Please beware of OEM "compatible or equivalent" lamp assemblies and bulbs sold elswhere, those are not true OEM. The original bulb manufacturer for the RLC-061 is a 230W Osram. The lamp is a modified ViewSonic housing, the lamp is not OSRAM but a fake. The lamp even arrived with missing parts

Buyer Attention office electronics

I bought this bulb from HAWO. It seemed to catch fire well, but smelled very hot. My friends told me it damaged their projectors so I turned it off after about 15 minutes. I waited half an hour for it to cool and removed the bulb and the glass on the lens shattered. I would not recommend buying a lightbulb from them. There are many sellers on the same list and I cannot comment on the quality of other sellers' bulbs. However, this lamp from this seller was very bad.

Attention buyers: Video Projector Accessories

The lamp housing was found to be OK and the lamp itself was undamaged. The demolition of the old dwelling was a simple matter. One screw holding the plate and two screws holding the case and then it slipped out. This replacement case went in right away, although the screws didn't seem to line up properly. I confirmed that the case was positioned correctly, but no matter what, the screws were not aligned with 100% accuracy. I managed to secure them enough to keep the case in place. I turned theโ€ฆ
