good but brittle for generators and portable power supplies

They work as advertised but are very brittle Be very careful when soldering the connectors on each side, they must be on a non-flexible platform fastened or they break

I bought these to make some price tags and they worked great! Very thin, delicate, easy to cut/modify. If I've ever made a solar panel, I might try again (or use additional materials I've saved).

Great for small tasks

They are very thin so handle them carefully. Soldering together was a breeze. Put them in epoxy later but can't test how they hold up yet. I think they will be good for the small project I need them for.

Incredibly fragile panels

The cells are very fragile so I broke 2 relatively easily although I was very careful. After taking an extremely delicate approach, I was able to successfully connect and get some of them working. Great for prototyping and experimentation.

Quality Batteries: Generators & Portable Power Supplies

Bought to study the properties of a custom molded solar panel for a device under development. Excellent quality/value cells. There are plenty of guides online on how to cut them into the shape you want. As previously mentioned, the cells are very delicate and thin (as they should be), so they must be handled with care. I think they are perfect for DIY solar panel development.
