This waffle arrived in excellent condition and very quickly. Makes really big but tiny Belgian waffles that pack lots of toppings. Even my gluten-free cottage cheese dough wasn't sticky. Great little device! My only complaint is the "waffle tone". It sounds like a chirping bird being strangled, and so loud! I prefer to time my waffles and not rely on the sound, wish I could turn this feature off.
