I bought this case, I like it, it's heavy and feels quality. However, the micro-HDMI ports are too recessed when the case is on, preventing you from fully inserting the micro-HDMI cables, resulting in no video output. My Pi 4 is cooler than the one I had with a fan in this case! I have 2 Pi 4s. The second one came with this case and it worked so well I decided to buy another one! Idle runs around 40 degrees and I've never seen it go above 50 degrees while the one with the fan under load hit 58 degrees.

I ordered this case to compare with another brand that offers a similar design. It's a bit heavier than the other and what really impressed me was that thermal paste was included! It works just as well as another case I've tried and even costs a few dollars less. Worth the price.

Update: This case was too nice to return so I canceled my return and put 3rd party thermally conductive silicone pads on the chips and case which are in the documentation indicated places. After assembly, the case cools the components much better. --------- This case did not deliver the claimed cooling without the use of "extra" thermal paste.
