The best 85mm lens money can buy

I only use 85mm lenses, my eyes aren't that good anymore because I have to rely on the auto focus of lenses now, these lenses are cheap for some people but for me anything over 100 dollars, not cheap. I hate it when YouTube trends rub people in the face with this nonsense. I make $1500 a day shooting and I have to trust this lens. This lens is high quality and expensive high end brands. Don't let YouTube photographers tell you otherwise, I recommend these lenses. I am not sponsored by viltrox…

They sent me the MKII version of this lens

This lens really is a fantastic option for the Fujifilm X system. Its autofocus is very accurate, the bokeh is beautifully rendered and the price is worth it. Not to mention that the image quality is on par with some of the best Fujifilm lenses in the lineup. In addition, the STM motor in this type is incredibly quiet, I would have no problem recording videos and using the built-in microphone. As I said in the title of this review, I was sent the MKII version of this lens even though I ordered…

Amazing third party lens!

I LOVE this lens! It says quality. Takes great photos, but the only thing I don't like about this lens is the slow autofocus. If you're used to shooting fast action with Fuji lenses, this lens might be a few seconds slower than the one you're using. BTW: I only see slowdown on a fast-moving object in dim light. Otherwise, this lens will destroy everything you ask of it. I don't take good care of my gear and this lens fails and continues to produce great photos. If you work with people…

An excellent lens for its price.

A near-perfect lens. Spicy. The color is accurate. The contrast is wonderful. The depth is great. The build quality feels excellent. The packaging is beautiful. The light intensity is sufficient and quiet - better than some of my Fuji lenses. The price is reasonable. The only downside: no aperture ring. This means that when connected to my Fuji XT3, it uses auto iris by default. Every time I put it back on I have to open the diaphragm all the way. Focus is periodically lost at random times…

Wow Nelly! Best in the Camera & Photo category

I was very hesitant to buy this lens. I wasn't sure I would like the focal length, I wasn't sure how the quality of the lens would compare to other Fuji lenses, and I wasn't sure the lens would last (there were no reviews of the lens work after a few months). Needless to say, I was concerned about the drop in cash. I didn't know if it was worth saving the difference and spending money on a Fuji lens with roughly the same focal length. But since I don't make any money from my photos, spending…

It's worth every dollar.* If you enjoy shooting landscapes and portraits, save some money and get the Rokinon 85mm f/1.4. This is manual focus, but you don't need an auto for landscapes and portraits. It's also $200 cheaper than the

  • Neutral

I have a number of Fuji and Viltrox lenses and I like them all for different reasons. This lens is an excellent wide-open telephoto for portraits and a good landscape and wildlife lens from f/3.2-11. It captures and captures color and light like a great vintage retro lens. People generally like portrait lenses that are a bit soft, with good bokeh, excellent object separation and colors. The Viltrox 85 mm has it all. This is the equivalent of APS-C 135mm and covers some landscapes and large…
