I like most how easy it is for me as an employer or recruiter (or both) user of Viola RS! It has all kinds of features which are very helpful in managing my jobs / candidates effectively with minimum manual work needed from our side!! If you want more control over candidate profile information then go ahead otherwise this software will take care everything else related job posting/recruitment process management etc.. Nothing much but if they could make some minor changes here & there would be…

  • A great tool especially when used togetherwith other softwares already put up(ex crm,talent 360..)and helps keep track easily

Easy-to Use Applicant Tracking System

The best thing about this software is its simplicity of use for all users from different backgrounds (technical or not). It has been easy for me as an administrator who does have limited technical experience in order to be able to learn how it works quickly so I can start using it effectively with my team members. There are some minor bugs here and there which could probably improve user experiences but overall we've had nothing bad to say. We're solving our problems related to hiring by…
