Comfortable but not for long

Very handy. But they just don't stand up to even moderate use. I bought them nine months ago and they went bad fast. I paid $99 and probably only have a few more months of use. Disappointing.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • Not sure

I'm a hairdresser and I like concrete all day. I have plantar fasciitis, it's the worst case I've ever had. The first day I wore these shoes I noticed a huge difference with the heels Feel so much better and today even a week after wearing them I can walk barefoot without horrible pain these shoes are the best

TERRIBLE! These shoes have no support. And the insert has no support. This is no different than the champions sold on Payless. I'm obsessed with Vionic flip flops and dreaming of summer to come because their flip flops are my only pain relief. The only thing "orthopedic” about these shoes is that you can take out the insole to put your orthotics in. They are soft and weightless. And for $100 I can buy a Saucony or something with real support.

Don't waste your $100: Shoes

Absolutely the worst shoe I've ever owned. Whilst I haven't had any issues with the support, the heel rubs in the most uncomfortable spot and causes blood blisters, although I've worn them alternately over a two week period which has made them non-returnable. A complete waste of time and I should have read the reviews more carefully, I would have found all the other users reporting the same problem. I increased the size based on previous reviews and yet the heel is still ridiculously narrow and

Vionics Sneakers: Shoes

I bought these shoes for a vacation in Italy. I have about 16 pairs of other Vionics and love them. The shoes themselves are comfortable. However, the heel collapses when you slide your foot into the boot. I've even tried a shoehorn. it rubs against my healing. I got blisters. I could not return because I bought them in July, my trip was at the end of September. I am very disappointed as they were expensive and I can no longer wear them. It would be nice if an answer was given. Because of this…

Not wide, very short.

I usually wear M 9/12. I ordered 10 watts for insurance. This shoe was noticeably tight when I took it out of the box. It was very small - couldn't believe there were 10 so thought they sent the wrong shoe. I checked the box and the inner label. There's nothing wide about these shoes - they're not even as wide as the regular 9 1/2m shoes from other brands such as. B.Nike. I could barely get my foot in. Arch support seemed minimal. I won't try another size as I just don't think they make the…

It would be better to buy Asics!

Very disappointed with these shoes. I have foot problems with low arches. I was hoping this shoe would be good because of the high arch and arch support that this brand is known for. I think the quality is not comparable to other brands I have bought. After wearing them for less than 2.5 months mainly just for my treadmill training (growth 2-6 miles per week) and the last 2 weeks daily at work (office work). My legs hurt all the time. They appear to be broken and offer no support. I usually…

Disappointed for women

I bought this shoe because I wanted a good hiking shoe - I wanted to hike a lot in another country. The fit was good overall. I had two shoe issues and both were heel related. First, the heel on the top of my foot was short. I'm not sure if it's because the inside of the shoe is softer (which is great for my heel spur) or it's just not made well. The second problem was that when I put my foot in the shoe, the heel falls through and it's difficult to get it out again without a shoehorn. This in…

  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Does not meet Vionic standards

I've been wearing Vionics for years since they were Orthaheel. This couple is not great. I have flat feet, pronation and bones in my legs. The toe box gives me enough secure room, but the insole doesn't feel like it should in any way. I was still piercing like I had no support at all. The shoe itself is very light, which exacerbates the support problem. It's not strong enough to support the leg. The shoe has room for an additional insole, but that defeats the purpose of buying these shoes in…
