I usually wear M 9/12. I ordered 10 watts for insurance. This shoe was noticeably tight when I took it out of the box. It was very small - couldn't believe there were 10 so thought they sent the wrong shoe. I checked the box and the inner label. There's nothing wide about these shoes - they're not even as wide as the regular 9 1/2m shoes from other brands such as. B.Nike. I could barely get my foot in. Arch support seemed minimal. I won't try another size as I just don't think they make the shoe wide enough for my not very wide feet (I don't usually buy wide ones). I would probably buy 2 sizes bigger but that doesn't bother me.
