I was really impressed with the quality of both the packaging and product. Styrofoam all around and the pieces were wrapped in plastic and zip-tied together to prevent movement and scratching in shipment. Given this is a painted product, that was a concern. These garment racks were very easy to assemble, but you may want to make sure you have 2 people to do the job as it was quite large (which was great and exactly what we needed!). Once together, the item is sturdy and easily held a great deal of heavy clothes including winter wool coats and such - and yet, was relatively easy to move around. If you need temporary storage or want to use this as a closet system in a large walk-in closet, it really is a fantastic option. 5 Stars!

Before buying this closet organizer, I had opened my closet door one day and was astounded that the entire wire shelf with all of my hanging clothes had fallen down. Count the lines on the posts during installation to install tapered clips making sure they line up! Once together very sturdy!

Was not hard to assemble I did have a friend help me. I have no closet, so this is a great solution. Wish I could order extra basket for it.

Very sturdy hold alot of clothes adjustable shelves and holding up to 600 pounds no doubt also looks better than metal very sleek.

So far, I like all of it. No complaints. Took a bit of effort and a handyman to put it together along with the payment that goes with the handyman. If you cannot put it together yourself, plan on some extra dollars for a handyman.
