Way better than expected!

I would have given it 5 stars for ease of set up except the instruction book kinda sucked. Once you started monkeying with it tho, it was a breeze and very do-able with just one person. Reviews had me worried about sturdiness but I have a ton of clothes hanging on it right now, no issues. Would buy another if I had room to put it! Way cheaper in cost then what I could buy in any of the stores and it looks nice. Can put it in a V but I have it length-wise and not tippy at all. Very pleased with…

HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT.

Cheapest shelving unit I have EVER seen. HORRIBLY DESIGNED with thin and bent cheap metal. The plastic coupling is a JOKE & the ‘sturdiness’ they advertised is completely untrue. The thing is wobbly and would NOT be used in my house! NO WAY! The stated ‘980 lbs’ of weight is DEFINITELY not happening on those flimsy thin wire shelves. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND THE FRUSTRATION and just purchase a quality, well built unit. Live & Learn.

Purchased directly from the VIPEK website for slightly cheaper AND no tax!

After reading all of the reviews we decided to purchase this unit for our space, but we ended up buying it directly from VIPEK, used a store coupon code ("WELCOME") to save another 10.00 AND wasn't charged tax so we so saved another 25 bucks. Overall, we are pleased with the purchase. I don't know if it holds 800 pounds! But functions better than any other clothing rack I've seen and does hold a lot!

  • The rack may not be suitable for those with limited hand strength, as tightening the screws may be difficult

Good custom closet - my new review

I love the racks as it gave me flexibility to fit and maneuver in my closet. I bought the V 40 and another V closet. I can’t make the other V closet rack taller as the height is fixed. It does have the screws on the bottom of the pole to extend height for 2-3 inches max. I had to buy the Vipeck 40 as it was taller . Look at pictures.

Easy to assemble and holds ton

This product was quite easy to assemble. The instructions are pretty clear, but make sure you plan out in advance how high you want the shelves and which layout you want. It feels a bit flimsy but once you have stuff on the shelf it is sturdy and solid.I ordered two of these and one came with an incorrect part, but the company quickly sent out a replacement piece, so I would expect excellent customer support should you need it.

Great Storage System, yet the protect has a little defect

Pretty much what I expected and wanted to own. Putting it up is easy but would need two people as instructed. There are three or four areas got bented and scratched, so it doesn’t look perfect but still functioning okay. Would buy one or two more to complete my closet system.

I LOVE IT! in my review

I love this clothes rack Buuuut the directions were a little weird. The book had letters but the actual poles did not. That's my review!

Pros
  • Just be sure to secure the rack to the wall especially with heavy winter cloths.

  • The rack takes up a lot of floor space, which may be a problem for those in small apartments or bedrooms
